RFQ Documentation Priorities
Use metric dimensions, identify threads and ports, and mark mounting tolerances or coating requirements instead of relying on a family name. For replacements, provide a dimensioned sketch; for OEM work, include the mating structure and restricted envelope.
Engineering Review Before Quotation
Include any required declaration, inspection record, material document or standard-specific feature in the RFQ so it can be reviewed before quotation. List any required standard-specific documentation explicitly in the RFQ for review.
