Minimum Information for a Cylinder RFQ
- Application or machine function
- Required force/load and linkage information
- Normal pressure and relief setting if known
- Bore and rod diameter if replacing
- Stroke and fully retracted mounting length
- Mounting type, pins/flange and installation envelope
- Port thread, position and hose-clearance constraints
- Cycle time, duty, temperature, contamination and corrosion exposure
- Photos and drawing/part number for replacement work
Power Unit Additions
Also send electrical supply, target extend/retract time, valve sequence, reservoir constraints, duty and any emergency/manual-operation requirements.
