Description
The EP-TR Series is a tie-rod hydraulic cylinder range for industrial and general machinery. Tie rods retain the head and cap around the barrel, giving service access while the machine interface is defined by bore, stroke, mounting, rod thread, pins and ports.
EP-TR Model Data
The series is rated for a maximum retracted working pressure of 3,000 psi. Maximum extended pressure depends on the selected model and column-load limit. Retracted length and stroke tolerance is ±1/8 in.

The range includes ASAE 8 in and 16 in stroke variants for selected sizes. NPT port options are also identified.
Selection Checks
Confirm extension and retraction force separately, calculate flow for the required speed and screen long compression loads for rod buckling. Leave service clearance for fittings and future disassembly.
